Cookie preferences

The short version

AuraSync doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and there’s currently no analytics tracking either. There’s nothing here to opt in or out of — this page exists so you know exactly what is stored and why.

What's actually stored, and why

Staying signed in. Firebase Authentication stores your session in your browser (in local storage, not a cookie) so you don’t have to sign in again on every visit. Strictly necessary for the app to work; there’s no way to disable it short of not using AuraSync.

Your light/dark mode choice. Saved in local storage under a single key so it applies instantly on your next visit, before the page even renders.

A referral code, briefly. If you follow a friend’s invite link, the code is held in local storage just long enough to apply it once you finish creating your account, then cleared.

None of this is shared with advertisers, and none of it is used to track you across other websites.

If that ever changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first, exactly as required by law — not bury it in a policy update.
