Terms of Service

AuraSync is operated by Yash Jani, as a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at support@aurasync.love. These Terms are a contract between you and us, and by creating an account you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AuraSync. We ask you to confirm your age at signup, and we may require document-based verification for accounts that are reported or otherwise flagged, or for members who opt into the kink section (see Section 5). Creating an account under a false age, or on behalf of someone under 18, is a violation of these Terms.

AuraSync is a compatibility-based introduction service. There are no profile photos anywhere in the product, and there is no swiping or browsing feature. Instead, you complete a questionnaire and set of preferences, and once a day our system may introduce you to one other member. You are never sent more than one match in a single day.

AuraSync does not include a messaging feature. When two members mutually indicate interest in each other, we share the contact details each of them chose to provide, so they can continue the conversation elsewhere. What happens after that is between the two of you.

We use the information you provide to compute compatibility and produce matches, but we cannot and do not promise that you will receive a match on any given day, that a match will be mutual, or that a mutual match will lead to any particular outcome. Compatibility scoring is a best-effort estimate, not a guarantee, and relationship success depends on far more than any algorithm can capture.

AuraSync includes a separate, locked section covering kink/BDSM-style compatibility. It requires an active membership and a separate, real third-party age and identity check, billed separately from your membership through an isolated payment processor. Opting in, the verification fee, and everything shown or shared in that section are entirely independent of the rest of AuraSync — nothing there affects your main matching, and nothing from your main profile is shown there unless you separately provide it.

Full access to AuraSync (seeing and acting on your daily match) requires an active subscription. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial; a valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a recurring charge of CAD $4.99 per month, plus applicable tax, billed to your payment method on file, until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider; applicable tax is calculated based on your billing location.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card details ourselves.

Be honest in your questionnaire answers and profile. The whole premise of AuraSync depends on it. Don’t harass, threaten, or misrepresent yourself to other members; don’t use AuraSync for commercial solicitation; and don’t attempt to circumvent the matching system (for example, by creating multiple accounts). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including in response to member reports.

You can pause or delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, for safety reasons, or as required by law. If you have an active subscription when your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund for the current billing period.

AuraSync is provided “as is.” We don’t vet members beyond age verification and don’t conduct background checks; use good judgment and reasonable caution when meeting anyone you connect with through the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yash Jani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AuraSync or your interactions with other members.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use AuraSync after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
