Why don't I see photos?
AuraSync deliberately never collects or shows photos. Matching is based entirely on your questionnaire, preferences, and prompt answers.
How many matches do I get?
At most one per day, considering everyone active in your city (or nearby cities, if your city has that enabled). Some days you may not get a match at all.
How do I talk to a match?
There’s no messaging feature. Once a match is mutual, whatever contact info you each chose to share shows up in your Handles tab.
My city isn't listed at sign-up
AuraSync currently matches in a limited set of cities. Join the waitlist for yours, and we’ll open it once there’s enough demand.
Can I pause matching without canceling?
Yes. Turn on “Pause matching” in Settings. Your profile, history, and subscription stay intact; you’ll just stop appearing in the daily match run until you turn it back off.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Settings; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For anything else billing-related, use the contact form below.
