Refund & cancellation policy

Cancel anytime from Settings — no phone call, no retention flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access until then.

New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial (longer if you signed up via a referral link). Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be charged at all.

We don’t provide partial-period refunds for a month you’ve already been charged for, except where required by law. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of that billing period rather than losing it immediately — that’s the trade-off in place of a prorated refund.

If you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after you’d already canceled, etc.), email support and we’ll fix it directly. Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank — it’s faster to resolve and doesn’t risk your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

If a renewal charge fails, your account stays active for a short grace period while you update your payment method — see the payment issue page. Matching pauses if the payment method isn’t updated in time, but nothing is deleted.

The kink section’s age-verification fee is separate from your membership, charged once to cover the real cost of a third-party identity check. It’s refundable if the verification never completes (for example, the provider is unable to verify your document); once verification succeeds, the fee has already been spent on that check and isn’t refundable.

Deleting your account from Settings also cancels any active subscription immediately. Since this ends your access right away rather than at the end of the billing period, it isn’t eligible for a refund of that period — if you’d rather keep access until the period ends, cancel first and delete your account afterward.
